Description: IBM SmartCloud Provisioning 2.1 before FP3 IF0001 allows remote authenticated users to modify virtual-system deployment via deployer.virtualsystems CLI commands, as demonstrated by a deletion using a deployer.virtualsystems[#].delete command.
